Ensure the compliance of the procurement process, following the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Develop and execute effective procurement plans to meet the daily operational needs of the restaurant.
Supervise inventory levels, ensuring reasonable stock and timely replenishment.- Coordinate with other departments to understand the restaurant's ingredient requirements and make timely procurement decisions accordingly.
Ensure the quality of purchased materials meets company standards and hygiene regulations.
- Handle issues and disputes with suppliers, ensuring a smooth supply chain.
Assist in budget formulation, control procurement costs, and provide advice on cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with the team to ensure the continuous improvement of food quality and service levels in the restaurant.
Heavy lifting is sometimes required- Preference given to candidates with experience in procurement in the food and beverage or related industries.
