Business updates and analysis

• Consolidate the saving view (Monthly)
• Analyze the gaps - Highlight / Follow up with Project Lead on status
• Input/support saving trackers and follow up status with project lead

Project support

• Mini projects (end to end till product launch to market)
• Follow up on project activities.

Administration support

• Follow up on re-pricing status - Submission (if applicable) and administrative update/follow up in SAP (all businesses)
• Ariba updates - Garment Care
• New supplier on boarding process.
• Assist on benchmarking/scouting activities requested from commodity management.

System Efficiency improvement

• CurrentlypursuingabachelordegreepreferablyinLogisticsorBusinessrelatedfields
• ProficientinusingExcel & Word &Powerpoint
• FluentinEnglish
• Priorprocurementorlogisticsrelatedinternshipexperienceisanadvantage, but not aprerequisite
• Problemsolvingskillsiscriticalinthisrole. A strongcandidateshallhavetheabilitytounderstandissuesquickly,comeupwithsolutionslogicallyandcommunicateconcisely
• Available to fully commit to January to June 2025
