Business updates and analysis
- Consolidate the saving view (Monthly)
- Analyze the gaps - Highlight / Follow up with Project Lead on status
- Input/support saving trackers and follow up status with project lead
Project support
- Mini projects (end to end till product launch to market)
- Follow up on project activities.
Administration support
- Follow up on re-pricing status - Submission (if applicable) and administrative update/follow up in SAP (all businesses)
- Ariba updates - Garment Care
- New supplier on boarding process.
- Assist on benchmarking/scouting activities requested from commodity management.
System Efficiency improvement

- CurrentlypursuingabachelordegreepreferablyinLogisticsorBusinessrelatedfields
- ProficientinusingExcel & Word &Powerpoint
- FluentinEnglish
- Priorprocurementorlogisticsrelatedinternshipexperienceisanadvantage, but not aprerequisite
- Problemsolvingskillsiscriticalinthisrole. A strongcandidateshallhavetheabilitytounderstandissuesquickly,comeupwithsolutionslogicallyandcommunicateconcisely
- Available to fully commit to January to June 2025
