Handle the entire procurement processes and support workflows, according to the sourcing strategies set.
Manage the full procurement process, including supplier tendering, selection, contract negotiation, and ensuring timely ordering, delivery, and payment to meet operational needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, promptly addressing any issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with policies, standards, and regulations while keeping accurate, up-to-date records of contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and manage contract agreements effectively.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess Diploma or above in relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement preferably in construction/ civil engineering industry.
Experienced with sourcing and material understanding.
Have experiences in working in large scale projects.
Bilingualism will be an advantage as we need to oftenly and effectively communicate with overseas stakeholders.
