Roles & Responsibilities
1. Manage procurement for company's various F&B retail & distribution activities
- Collaborate with our Korea office / develop and manage local food supplies to handle food supplies for our own F&B retail / distribution network
- Develop partners & key suppliers to achieve savings and leverage economies of scale in the sourcing of materials and services.
- Manage purchasing strategies to minimize purchasing cost & inventory loss
- Negotiate purchase agreements with suppliers/principals assuring acceptable quality with adequate deliverables at the best price
2. Forecast management
- Review sales forecast and work with sales departments on the expected customers demands
- Ensure inventory supports both sales requirements and procured within the allocated budget
3. Stock management - Monitoring and managing all stock related issues
[Requirement]
- 2 years of related experience
- Ability to speak bengali will be essential
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices
- Strong network in food supplies industry in Singapore
