PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST (East/Contract 1 Year up to 7K) )

Looking for an innovative and experience Procurement Specialist to support the roll out of sourcing module as part of next-gen digitised procurement lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible to drive adoption of the Sourcing Module, guide and manage communications to both internal & external (vendors) stakeholders, conduct User trainings and support review of any stakeholder pain points.

Responsibilities:

• Educate internal and external stakeholders how to use the Sourcing Module
• User training for the Sourcing Platform.
• Day to day user support on Sourcing Platform.
• Facilitate data collection and feedback from users in SG and subsequently in the overseas locations to provide necessary input for the development and/or improvement of Sourcing Module as needed.
• Creating a project plan for each of Business Unit, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely orientation of the Sourcing Module to the users.
• Maintain close engagements with users throughout the rollout to obtain feedback and to drive adoption.
• Set up eDM to notify users of the change.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements for ongoing simplification of processes in the overseas location. Work on recommendations for procurement process simplification based on consultation with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with minimum 5years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Procurement Sourcing Process have related experience in Projects involving digital transformation
• Proven experience working with Procurement System and familiar with Procurement Sourcing Process.
• Experience soliciting, gathering, and analysing user input and requirements.
• Experience with eDM and communicating change.
• Conducted user training, able to multitask effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational, time management skills and detail-oriented
• Possess strong communication, customer service skills and presentation skills
