Job Description:
- Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing procurement team, providing ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship opportunities.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for your team, tracking progress, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring consistent achievement.
- Develop and execute procurement strategy aligned with company objectives, bringing in new leads and identifying opportunities from new regions
- Sourcing and communicating with suppliers to secure purchases and aim of converting them into partnership suppliers
- Negotiate optimal purchasing terms and conditions
- Analyse and determine the most suitable deal from various suppliers
- Develop and maintain relationships with current/ potential suppliers.
- Generate Purchase order, report and maintain purchasing master data in system
- Other ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant work experiences
- Possess interpersonal, communication and strong business acumen
- Good critical and problem-solving skills
- Strong team player who is able to work well in fast-paced environment.
- Well-equipped with Microsoft Excel Skills
