Involvement in the execution of both buy and sell side transactional business in the Singapore Capital markets business;
Conduct financial modelling such as discounted cash flow analysis and feasibility studies, etc;
Assist in preparation of proposals, marketing materials / information package on sell side transactions
Assist with due diligence of relevant documents (review of legal documents, title, management contracts, etc.); Research and analyse real estate market fundamentals;
Assist with pitch / marketing documents and any other duties that management may reasonably require.
Involvement in advising, organising and managing collective sale exercises of condominiums, commercial, industrial and mixed-use strata-titled developments.
Assist in handling and convincing collective sale owners to part-take in their estates collective sale exercises.
Assist in the marketing and execution of land and collective sale development sites.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline such as business, finance and/or real estate;
Must qualify/possess CEA registration as a Salesperson.
Relevant 2-3 years experience in real estate for Senior Analyst position;
Proven academic track record with strong performance in analytical and financial courses;
Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail is essential;
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in English and a second language
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) ;
