About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Line Producer who is passionate about media production and ready to take on a lead role in managing projects from inception to completion. This role involves overseeing all production elements and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end production process, from pre-production through post-production, for TVCs, short films, and corporate videos, from pre-production to post-production.
- Collaborate with Directors, Executive Producer, and team members to align creative and logistical project goals.
- Service Agency & Clients with a professional, solution-focused and positive mindset.
- Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and clear communication with clients.
- Oversee location scouting, securing permits, and managing logistics for shoots.
- Recruit and liaise with key production staff and crew.
- Supervise post-production activities, review cuts, and coordinate client feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Producer in film production.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Experience with production scheduling and logistics coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and team dynamics.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project needs.
- Knowledge of production workflows and post-production processes.
Additional Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in TVC or media production.
- Knowledge of digital media workflows and industry-standard software is a plus.
