Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a product analyst for a MNC. This role will be vital in Salesforce ideation and implementation projects for the purpose of the monitoring of projects across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with end-users to gather requirements, ensuring the product aligns seamlessly with user needs and expectations, fostering a user-centric approach.
  • Actively contribute to the ideation process, presenting creative solutions and innovative ideas to elevate Salesforce capabilities.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test scripts, ensuring thorough quality assurance measures are in place.
  • Provide valuable support during the testing phase to optimise system functionality.
  • Craft user manuals and documentation to facilitate the seamless adoption of implemented solutions, effectively communicating product features and functionalities.
  • Conduct training sessions for end users, enhancing their proficiency with the system.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Product Analyst, showcasing expertise in requirements gathering, quality assurance, documentation, user training, and user manual creation.
  • Proven project management experience, from gathering requirements to driving successful projects.
  • Highly advantageous to have technical proficiency in Salesforce Lightning configuration or coding.
  • Salesforce certifications is highly preferred.
  • Preferably familiar with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or Agile Scrum framework.
  • Experience in developing test scripts is good to have.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
