We have a great opportunity for a skilled
Product Audiologist or Senior Product Audiologist to join the team at our Representative Services Sonova Singapore, Singapore. This position requires frequent travelling.

You will be responsible for:
- To champion the growth of Sonova HI brands across distributor markets in Asia.
- To be the point of contact for all business to business communication between Headquarter and Sonova distributors across Asia regions.
- Responsible for the growth direction of Sonova HI Brand as per HQ's strategic focus by imparting knowledge and constant influence to colleagues and distributors.
- Drive and increase knowlege of brand, product and audiology via trainings with distributors, dealers and colleagues.
- Undertake resolution of customer concerns/complaints with the support from Sonova products support team from HQ.
- Prepares and presents product training and conduct seminars to distributors/customers, audiology groups and/or in-house.
- Participates and presents at professional conferences on hearing aids, Audiology trade shows, conventions and other related topics.
- Conducts audiological consultations, providing fitting advice and solutions directly to Sonova distributors.
- Product registration for countries that requires homologation or registration.
You will need:
- Bachelor Degree in Audiology/ Master of Science (Audiology) or Equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience working with hearing aids.
- Have a good understanding of the hearing Instrument technology and fitting systems.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), including being comfortable presenting to small and large audiences.
- Highly motivated and Independent.
- Able to meet tight datelines
- Travelling will be required but this will only happen when it's safe. Safety always come first.
