JR63979 Product Development Engineer (Physical Failure Analysis)In a Product Yield Enhancement (PYE) as a Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) Engineer, you will be responsible for providing full PFA, circuit edits and functional de-capsulation, supporting qualifications, customer returns, new device introduction, and general test failures.
Key Responsibilities :
You will become a subject matter expert on PFA, circuit edits and de-capsulation methods, tools and techniques.
You will also be responsible for understanding all relevant analytical techniques electrical failure modes, architecture, fabrication process, device operation and device physics for solid state memory devices.
You may need to collaborate with stakeholders to present on failure analysis findings.
In this work environment you will be required to follow lab policies and safety procedures.
Requirements :
Degree graduates in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Microelectronics / Mechatronics or equivalent.
At least 1 year or more experience in Physical Failure Analysis, Fab, Assembly work environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to difficult problems.
Willing to work on 12 hours rotating day/night or permanent night shift.
Fresh graduates are welcome as in-house training will be provided.
