JR63979 Product Development Engineer (Physical Failure Analysis)

In a Product Yield Enhancement (PYE) as a Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) Engineer, you will be responsible for providing full PFA, circuit edits and functional de-capsulation, supporting qualifications, customer returns, new device introduction, and general test failures.

Key Responsibilities :

• You will become a subject matter expert on PFA, circuit edits and de-capsulation methods, tools and techniques.

• You will also be responsible for understanding all relevant analytical techniques electrical failure modes, architecture, fabrication process, device operation and device physics for solid state memory devices.

• You may need to collaborate with stakeholders to present on failure analysis findings.

• In this work environment you will be required to follow lab policies and safety procedures.

Requirements :

• Degree graduates in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Microelectronics / Mechatronics or equivalent.

• At least 1 year or more experience in Physical Failure Analysis, Fab, Assembly work environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to difficult problems.

• Willing to work on 12 hours rotating day/night or permanent night shift.

• Fresh graduates are welcome as in-house training will be provided.
