What youll do
As a Product Development Executive at Schroders Singapore, you'll play a critical role in shaping and delivering our investment products. Youll be integral in the process of conducting strategic market research, supporting product launches, and reviewing product performance and profitability. Your work will be at the heart of our business strategy. In this role, you will work collaboratively with departments across the firm to deliver innovative and competitive financial products to our clients.
Manage and lead in product development projects by liaising with various internal stakeholders and ensuring product development is conducted with due consideration given to multiple perspectives ranging across investment, client, compliance and operational considerations.
Assist and provide support in daily business processes that are required to maintain our product range offering according to regulatory and governance requirements.
Assist in the preparation and review of product documentation (e.g. prospectus, product marketing materials) to support new product launches or for ongoing maintenance of existing products
Provide support in the planning and delivery process of new product launches for distributors in the Southeast Asia region
Supporting Product Development team in developing powerpoint slides for client propositions and working with internal stakeholders to obtain approvals
Provide assistance in the collection of market intelligence on competitors activities and provide insights and analysis of Schroders positioning relative to peers
Providing support to and assist with requests from Client Group on product-related matters
Provide ad hoc support to the Product Development team as and when assigned.
Essential skills
A Degree holder preferably with finance/economics and/or marketing background with keen interest in the investment management industry.
Proactive, curious and independent.
Meticulous with careful attention to details.
