Job Description

Deliver engineering support for wide range of products (RF / Mixed Signal / Digital) through all phases from development to production release.
Liaise closely with test engineering team and production support team to drive debug activities, reliability qualification and yield enhancement.
Maintain close interaction with Product Test Engineering team and communicate technical product status to management.

Requirements:

Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 years of Product/Test Engineering experience with foundry process background.
Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE.
