Job Responsibilities
- Proficient in creating and modifying Bill of Materials (BOM) structures.
- Familiar with Shop Floor Control (SFC) systems and SAP maintenance.
- Knowledgeable in rack packaging design.
- Capable of leading and facilitating BOM and materials changes, ensuring smooth transitions and implementation with cross-functional teams, both internally and overseas.
- Provide support for production during mass runs.
- Lead or participate in Kaizen activities.
- Assist in factory qualification for New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Participate in both internal and external ISO audits.
Job Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
- Skilled in collaborating effectively with customers, headquarters, factory personnel, peers, subordinates, and superiors.
- Proficient in project management.
