Responsible for supporting yield improvement, driving, and managing the continuous yield and quality improvement for various devices.
Responsible for having close interaction with Product Test Engineering team and communicate technical product status to management.
Responsible for following up with Foundries and test subcontractors to resolve low yield/reliability issues.
Responsible for monitoring of parameter test and wafer sorting yield with in-depth analysis using various statistical data analysis tools and understand on semiconductor process knowledge, e.g., inline d0, ET, CPK etc.
Develops failure analysis methodologies as required for assigned projects to enable rapid problem solving with support of internal and external parties.
Requirements:
Degree/Master's in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or related discipline.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
Capability of mass data analysis.
Min 2 years of experience in Product Engineering.
