Job Description

Job Description

  • Perform administrative support for the department
  • Compile product information, generate product write ups and PowerPoint
  • Manage product inventory / sample processes
  • Handling of product related enquiries and requests from regional offices
  • Handling of product related complains and defective claims process
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors as required
  • Assists the HOD and Manager in any assigned ad-hoc project or work as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in fulfilment and logistics role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AX system
  • Meticulous, analytical with strong organizational skills
  • Proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
