Make an Impact by:

• Manage the daily stock allocation for individual account to ensure the availability of stock in a timely manner.
• Responsible for updating of device pricing for all mobile price plans.
• Support the day-to-day marketing and operations of existing device services like device promotion, device care and device enrolment services.
• Sourcing of device accessories from 3rd party vendors and settlement of 3rd party PO.
• Work closely with Sales, Product and Group Consumer on new flagship device launches.
• Be the SPOC for device vendors training/briefing session for our Sales and Product teams.
• Manage the device microsite by developing content and update changes to product webpage.
• Support automation initiatives and process improvement with objectives to improve turnaround time to customers.
• Other responsibilities include taking care of Advertising & Promotions (A&P) budgeting, Ad-hoc OE POs/SOs, tracking of loan devices.
• Support the inter-company settlement of Marketing Support Funds (MSF) claims for the various Sales segment on a quarterly basis.
• Taking on any additional cross functional support duties when called upon.

Skills for Success:

• A good diploma in Marketing, Business studies, Engineering or Economics.
• Experience in IT/Telecom industry/or product/marketing roles is advantageous.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Must be effective both as individual and in teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
