Develop a strategic roadmap based on user needs, market trends, and company objectives

Conduct research to understand user needs within the construction sector, translating these insights into actionable product features.
Work closely with the team to refine and implement product features and validate them through user feedback and data analysis.
Oversee cloud resources for scalability, security, and performance, potentially taking on architectural responsibilities to guide cloud strategy.
Analyse product data to validate goals, measure performance, and inform product decisions.
Set and monitor KPIs, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance user experience and drive product improvements.
Test and approve features against user stories, coordinating product launches to ensure smooth deployment.
Manage product lifecycle from conception through launch, ensuring it meets both business objectives and user expectations.
Engage stakeholders to ensure cohesive product development and launch strategies and communicate project updates, progress, and key insights to maintain alignment and support.
Requirements:
BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with min 3 years of experience
Solid technical understanding of software development, web technologies, and cloud services (Azure, AWS, or similar)
Proficient in data analysis for tracking metrics, validating goals, and making data-driven product decisions, familiarity with mobile and web development, especially in Flutter and React
Strong leadership and able to work with all levels
