Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and support escalations to continuously improve customer experience and customer satisfaction.
Act as a subject matter expert on 5G, eSIM and emerging technologies, providing guidance and insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Define product requirements and user stories based on market insights, competitive analysis, and partnership opportunities.
Collaborate closely with engineering and development teams to prioritize features and enhancements, considering both business priorities and technical feasibility.
Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration across departments to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in product management within the telecommunications industry within Singapore and/or other markets
Deep understanding of 5G architecture, standards (e.g., 3GPP), deployment models, and eSIM technology trends.
Strong technical background with experience in defining and delivering complex telecom products or services.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of successfully managing innovation partnerships with industry associations, government agencies, and other companies.
