- Lead the development and execution of ARP product strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving portfolio growth.
- Spearhead digitization efforts, optimizing risk-reward processes and enhancing operational efficiency through innovative solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, while developing targeted marketing materials to drive acquisition channels.
- Provide product training for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with channel partners and associations.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Salesforce/Business intelligence (BI) tools/analytical software.
- Knowledge of ARP, commercial lending and trade products.
