As a Product Manager at Clarity Techworks, you will play a crucial role in the development and success of our products. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product roadmaps.
Product Development Lifecycle:
- Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, testing, and launch.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products.
Requirements Gathering & Prioritization:
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
- Create detailed product specifications and work closely with engineering teams to ensure alignment.
Go-To-Market Execution:
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring successful adoption and user engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product messaging and positioning.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze key metrics to drive product enhancements and ensure continuous growth.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- At least 2 years of experience in product management role.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Proven track record of driving product initiatives from inception to launch.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Fintech industry is a must.
- Experience in cryptocurrency is a bonus.
