JOB DESCRIPTION
Formulate, develop and implement business strategies / plans for Manchester United and FC Barcelona Cards to support & contribute to the overall Cards & Personal Loans business goals and objectives.
Formulate, develop and implement customer acquisition strategies/ plans for both credit cards and unsecured credit products to grow both the customer bases respectively
Formulate, develop and implement customer retention & anti-attrition strategies/ plans for both credit cards and unsecured credit customers to strike a balance between retaining customers vs collection of annual membership fee
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To develop product proposition, pricing, & promotional campaigns for Co-Brand credit card product(s)
To constantly review and rationalize current suite of products and services against ever changing market landscape so as to identify opportunity of introducing new services or enhancing current services to meet the changing needs of the customers
Manage day-to-day product marketing for Segment card products such as product delivery, experience, and communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results
To be updated on the costs used on marketing and portfolio activities as well as key product benefits to ensure that the costs are managed in the most efficient way

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree or equivalent Experienced with minimum 5 years of experience in the banking / finance industry
A team player with a positive attitude, professionalism and a strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics
Football Fans preferred
Result focused and must possessed team leadership skills with deep relationship management experience.
Possess a high degree of figure it out factor and self-sufficiency.
Able to cultivate open communication among teammates to actively promotes exchange of ideas.
Able to function in high pressure situations, quick to adapt, recover and reset priorities in the ever changing business environment Innovation driven with the latest payment trends to champion ideas and new way of doing things.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with other line of business to cross sell the banks products and services.
Deep entrenchment in the consumer cards community with a wide relationship network.
