Job Description:

. Understand the needs of corporate clients on Digital Channels and Payments products, and translate these requirements to develop and enhance corporate products and services.

. Drive adoption and utilization of products such as Online Banking, Host-to-Host, Mobile Banking, and facilitate the migration of customers from manual to digital channels.

. Develop pricing strategies for Digital Channels and Payments products, considering market dynamics, customer value, and competitive positioning.

. Assist in competitor analysis, developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive adoption and usage of Digital Channels and Payments products.

. Work with Cash Management Sales and Relationship Managers on sales pitches, Request For Proposals (RFP), through providing timely advisory, solutioning and implementation.

. Liaise with China Head Office and manage the end-to-end development and roll out of new or enhanced digital channels product capabilities.

. Participate UAT for products related to Digital Channels and Payments.

. Maintain and update product roadmap, with inputs from delivery, project teams, and IT.

. Work with various internal functional teams such as Business Units, IT, Legal & Compliance and Operation to effectively plan and execute product development and implementation.

. Attend to day-to-day product related matters such as reporting, training, legal documentation, client service support, product review, risk assessments, operational issues and audit, etc.

. Establish and execute key internal policies and operating procedures for Digital Channels and Payments products. Updating of external and internal documentation such as forms and checklists.

Ensure that all Digital Channels and Payments products comply with relevant banking regulations, data security, and privacy requirements.

Job Requirements:

. A recognized University Degree or professional qualifications.

. At least 5 years experience in Digital Channels and Payment management in financial institutions.

. Deep understanding of Digital Channels and Payments systems, technologies, and emerging trends in the industry.

. Familiarity with various payment methods, including online banking, mobile payments, eCommerce platforms and digital wallets.

. Knowledge of relvant regulatory requirements and compliance related to Digital Channels and Payments services.

. Possess strong analytical skills and project management skills

. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate effectively with our China counterpart and Chinese-speaking customers.

. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to manage various stakeholders.

. Knowledge in IT, APIs, payment integrations, banking file formats and standards such as ISO20022 will be a plus.

. Positive Attitude, resourceful, independent individual with the ability to multi-task.

. Strong sense of responsibility/ ownership and effective in execution.
