Product Manager (MVNO)

Job Description:

As a Product Manager/Assistant Manager, you will oversee the full product lifecycle for MVNO services, including product planning, development, launch, and ongoing service optimization. This role involves close collaboration with key partners, including Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), Mobile Virtual Network Enablers (MVNEs), and Business Support System (BSS) vendors, to facilitate new product launches. You will manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely implementation and pushing for optimal delivery results. Leveraging knowledge in mobility and Information Technology (IT), you will propose and implement product improvement initiatives to enhance product capabilities and address operational challenges. Additionally, you will stay informed on market trends in Singapore, continuously optimizing customer touchpoints such as the website to improve user experience.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Strong foundational knowledge in mobile communication and IT, with over five years of product management experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
3. Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects, with expertise in drafting requirements for websites, business systems, and similar projects or products.
4. Proficiency with data analysis tools and methodologies for evaluating and optimizing product performance.
5. Solid understanding of the Singapore telecommunications market, with the ability to quickly adapt product optimization strategies in response to market changes.
6. Excellent communication and project management skills, capable of managing complex issues in a fast-paced environment and pushing for timely, high-quality project delivery.
7. Proficiency in spoken and written English, with spoken Chinese as an advantage.
