Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities specifically within the neurointerventional field, targeting healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics. Focus on expanding our presence in neurointerventional products, including coils, stent retrievers, flow diverters, and related devices.
Product Knowledge and Demonstrations
Develop expert-level knowledge of neurointerventional products in our portfolio. Effectively demonstrate the usage, benefits, and clinical applications of coils, stent retrievers, flow diverters, and other neurointerventional devices to neurosurgeons, interventional radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Technical Support and Education
Provide in-depth technical support and product education to ensure clinicians can use our devices confidently and effectively. Act as a knowledgeable resource for healthcare providers, offering guidance on neurointerventional procedures as they relate to our products.
Market Intelligence
Keep abreast of the latest advancements, competitors, and trends in neurointerventional to provide valuable insights and adjust sales strategies. Engage with key opinion leaders to stay informed of emerging techniques and technologies.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with neurointerventional specialists and hospital procurement teams. Address their needs, respond to product inquiries, and ensure a high level of satisfaction with our products and services.
Sales Planning and Forecasting
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for neurointerventional devices, setting and achieving sales targets within this specialty. Provide accurate forecasts, regularly track progress, and report on sales performance.
Compliance and Documentation
Adhere to all regulatory requirements for neurointerventional medical devices, ensuring that promotional activities, demonstrations, and product usage follow industry and company guidelines.
