JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare the technical manuals and documents to be used by Operations Team and Partners
- Collaborate with R&D and other departments in expanding technical knowledge bases and references
- Conduct internal User Acceptance Test (UAT) for all new products, functions or features
- Conduct technical training to the Operations Team and Partners for new products, functions or features
- Provide an adequate training and assessment to the Operations Team and Partners to ensure quality of work
- Provide technical support to the Commercial Team and Partners for any Operations related topics
- Consolidate the feedback from Operations Team and Partners on the necessary product improvement to share with R&D Team
- Provide technical guidance to the Operations teams in performing respective tasks as needed
- Execute ad hoc tasks on behalf of the Robotics Operations Team as needed
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering or other related fields
- Proven relevant work experience of at least 2 years
- Strong background in Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV)
- Proficiency in mechanical/electrical hardware installation, setup and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in system/network installation, setup and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ElcoCAD and any other design and planning software
- Knowledgeable of LINUX (Ubuntu) System and software troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of equipment, tools and components used in the industry
- Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical / electrical prints and other related technical documentation
- Exceptional documentation and communication skills
- Meticulous, organized and able to keep tight timelines with good communication skills
- Proficiency in using computers and basic applications such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to work independently and remain professional under pressure
