Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Structural Product Manager. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in product structural design and be proficient in operating various UV printing equipment.

Responsibilities:

. Lead structural design and development of cup products, ensuring alignment with functionality, and market needs.

. Operate and manage cylindrical UV printers, overseeing the UV printing process for quality and consistency.

. Collaborate closely with product design, production, and supply chain teams to optimize processes and improve product quality.

. Provide technical guidance during the product development phase, with a deep understanding of the principles of cup production.

. Continuously enhance product design and manufacturing processes based on market feedback to elevate the user experience.

. Oversee full product lifecycle management, from concept design to sample production and mass production monitoring.

. Offer technical support related to products and troubleshoot issues encountered during production.

Requirements:

. Several years of relevant work experience, especially in the design and production of cup products or related consumer goods.

. Proficiency in operating cylindrical UV printers, with an in-depth understanding of UV printing technology.

. Solid knowledge of cup product manufacturing processes and structure.

. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

. Strong problem-solving skills to quickly address and resolve technical issues in product development and production.

. Good communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred.
