- Spearhead the development of our Asset-Based Lending (ABL) and Leasing products across the region.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of our ABL and Leasing products, driving their success by leading cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.
- Design, implement, and manage product initiatives to achieve strategic business objectives and drive portfolio growth.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure effective product execution and operational efficiency, covering the entire process from onboarding through facility fulfilment
- Regularly assess and update product guidelines and policies to foster sustainable growth, ensuring a balanced approach to risk and reward considerations.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by implementing best practices in digitization and digitalization, optimizing the balance between risk and reward.
- Create targeted product materials and marketing campaigns to support business acquisition channels.
- Engage with channel partners, associations, and SME businesses to generate business opportunities, while overseeing the Broker Referral Program and ESG Scheme initiatives.
- Conduct market research, analyse data, and lead acquisition management efforts to drive growth and strategy alignment.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, with experience in BI tools or analytical software considered a plus.
