Umami Bioworks is looking to hire an inquisitive, innovative, and independent Product Manager to join our R&D team inSingapore, India, or the US.
Responsibilities:
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business strategy and scientific breakthroughs
Leading interdisciplinary teams at the intersection of science, business, regulatory and engineering
Planning, development, and implementation of biotech products with customers ensuring they meet user needs
Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch
Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyse competitive landscape
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver products on time and within budget
Communicate product updates, plans, and progress to stakeholders
Education:
Bachelors degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical engineering, biotechnology, or a related technical field
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in product management or consulting
Skills:
Passion for science and creating and launching new products in market
Strong understanding of product lifecycle, user experience, and market analysis
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills
Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills
Capable of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
You will work directly with other members of our small but growing team to do cutting-edge science and will have the autonomy to test new ideas and identify better ways to do things.
