Our client is a start up looking for a Product Manager. The potential candidate would play a pivotal role in the development of their products from start to launch. This position is open to consider both junior and experienced candidates.
Job Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and guide product decisions.
- Product Planning and Roadmap Creation:
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value and customer needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of the product roadmap.
Product Development:
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to define product requirements and specifications.
- Supervise the product development process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Conduct regular reviews and testing to ensure the product meets quality standards and customer expectations.
- Customer Insights and Feedback:
- Interact with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs and challenges.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to drive product improvements and enhancements.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Establish and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and success.
- Continuously analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
