Define the trading product features of crypto assets including spot and derivatives (CFD) independently and produce the product requirement documents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design the scalable trading functions with combination of existing traditional trading products together for further development for various markets.
Design the crypto financing product from scratching 0 to 1 such as staking & earn through deep interaction with third-party partners to deliver the product with good user experiences.
Lead end-to-end product implementation process and collaborate efficiently with engineering, QA and other relevant multiple teams to deliver the project completely as scheduled.
Deep dive into industry trends and the needs of customers, identify the innovations or new features for our trading & financing product enhancement.
Set key metrics and achieve product goals through product function iterations based on data analysis, competitor research and product performance improvement.
Requirements:
At least 5+ years in end to end product design and management in FinTech, FX or Securities ,and Web3 industries, especially with knowledge in Tech and Crypto Trading Products.
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics ,Finance relevant fields.
Passion for working in a startup environment, strong resilience and adaptability of fast pace and changes of the Fintech/Web3 industry.
Excellent communication skills and strong product ownership, work closely with cross-functional departments and influence corresponding stakeholders for alignment.
Strong problem-solving skill , data driven and strategically thinking about product development and market trends.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to effectively manage Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
