Drive the end-to-end product development of wealth management products, from ideation, design, technical development, testing and roll out, to post-launch improvements and iterations.
Responsible for product listing and trading module, including market research, business scenario analysis, product innovation & optimization and system architecture design.
Work efficiently with stakeholders from business, compliance, designer, and technology to manage the project and ensure the high-quality implementation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, computer science or related fields
Prefer relevant experience in product management within the financial industry
Strong data analysis skills, as well as experience in backend system integration & design
Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and Mandarin to coordinate with internal stakeholders in Shenzhen
Self-driven, positive attitude and team player striving for team success, comfortable with changes in a fast-paced environment
