My client is evolving into a digital-first consumer retail organization and is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join them. You will drive product success in Singapore, and develop impactful go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of four marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Plan, implement, and review product campaigns to drive category performance
- Manage integrated campaigns across online, offline, and in-store channels to achieve campaign goals
- Take responsibility for the sales performance of assigned product categories, meeting target KPIs
- Stay updated on competitive activities and category trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of product marketing experience with at least 3 years of people management experience, ideally in consumer lifestyle, retail, or fashion brands
- Experience in brand and category management is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
