Product Owner

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage product functions within a large technology-oriented organization.
• Utilize exceptional people and communication skills to motivate, influence, and build genuine relationships.
• Apply AI and software engineering concepts to design products for technical users.
• Write effective and well-scoped user stories, refining them with stakeholders and volunteers.
• Build consensus around product direction and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Engage with the community using tools like Discord, discussion boards, social media, and events to keep partners and members engaged.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of demonstrable experience as a technical product manager or in a similar role.
• Strong technical foundation, with a background in Information Systems or Computer Science being advantageous.
• Proven ability to write and refine user stories, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with community engagement approaches and tools.
