- Lead the vision and roadmap of the product in partnership with business leaders & technology partners
- Responsible for delivery of agreed platform roadmap & realization of business benefits
- Managing a team of Software Engineers and Business Analyst for the platform
- Ensure that team has clarity of purpose and direction as well as alignment with organizational vision, mission and strategy
- Manage stakeholders, including influencing and persuading, as part of applications delivery and support
- Develop resource plans for the teams and formulate business-technology capabilities roadmap in area of responsibility
