Responsibilities- Review sales orders and generate purchase orders to suppliers while maintaining inventory within company goals
Handle changes in suppliers delivery schedules- Ensure on-time delivery to customer from suppliers in a proactive manner
Exhaust all possibilities in obtaining product to satisfy critical customer requirements
- Expand product knowledge to effectively support sales
Purchase inventory to achieve maximum quantities at lowest possible costs- Ensure and maintains integrity of system information, including costs, schedules and packaging
Maintain and add part numbers to system
- Manages and resolves price discrepancies with internal and external parties across various departments
Handles quality issues- Build good relationships with internal and external parties
Provides good service level to internal colleagues
Min. Diploma or Degree holder with at least 3 years relevant experience in
electronics components- Team player & able to communicate with all levels
Good attitude, responsible, diligent and willing to learn- Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast- paced environment
Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially MS Excel
