Job Description:

• Convert leads provided by the partner bank to sales through telemarketing
• Handle customer enquiries with confidence
• Correspond with customer through emails
• Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfilment and
• Achieve sales target for the team and individual set out by business.

Requirement:

• O levels / N level / Nitec or equivalent.
• Sales driven and willing-to-learn attitude.
• Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage.
