Job Description

Job Brief

The objective of the full-time position will be responsible for driving Sales and Business Development activities through Local & regional markets. The candidate will spearhead and optimize Sales and Business Development efforts and collaborate with the operations teams focusing on marketing and promotion for products sold through both B2B and B2C channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the medical device sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, and close sales to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. Prepare regular reports for management.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our medical devices and their applications to effectively communicate benefits and address client questions.

Requirements:

The candidate should have a strong desire to learn and grow, and possesses an excellent, humble, and positive attitude.

Other skillsets include:

  • Diploma/Degree holder
  • At least 1 year of working experience
  • Exposure and experience handling over-the-counter healthcare products is an advantage.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns and events in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • This role requires frequent travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Creative, resourceful, exceptional attention to detail, and able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
  • Self-started mindset and work independently.
