Responsibilities:
Initiative our Product Solutions business growth focusing on sushi & IIoT related solutions
Formulate & implement product strategy; execute the business plan & support sales to achieve sales budget and mid-term plan
Support regional offices for expanding the product business through competencies including market penetration, competitor analysis, conducting seminars, workshops & exhibitions
Engage with 3rd party supplier/SI for turnkey solution and pricing optimization
Address Techno-commercial product/application-related queries, provide training on the product & feedback market trend/intelligence with HQ
Supporting and supervising LCO team to propose & deliver package solution (Sushi package projects including 3rd party gateway, application software On-prem/cloud etc)
Engage & liaise with LCO team & provide necessary project implementation support (either on-site or remotely) to achieve project milestones inline with the project schedule
Support on ProSol products packaging to develop viable solution jointly with intra & inter department/division to meet Customer requirements/applications
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Electronics/Communication/Networking/ IT/Instrumentation
Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in handling products business or managing projects for process industries
Basic application knowledge in industries as Refining / Petrochemical / Power / Oil & Gas etc
Willing to travel in Southeast Asia region including short term stay at customer locations to oversee project implementation
Basic understanding and experience on Digital communications, IIoT, Field instruments
Knowledge on various solutions used in industry and commercial. Basic info on telecom & networking is desirable.
Good presentation skills and networking capabilities.
Exposure to sales pursuit experience or implementation of projects with multiple products or 3rd party items packages for industries
