This position reports to the Director of Marketing, Strategy and Partnerships, ALS, APAC. We are looking for an innovative, strategic, results-oriented marketer who will be responsible for regional product marketing for a fast-paced business. This role requires a dynamic, well-rounded marketer with a deep understanding of doing business in solutions selling and new ways of business models. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle from launching to execution, ensuring the product and its associated marketing materials meets customer needs, aligns with company strategy, and delivers value.

Essential Functions
Product Management and Strategy
- Work with Global product manager to manage product life cycle management of ALS products for APAC
- Provide expertise in ZOLL ALS products, staying fluent in the state clinical practice and various product use cases.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues.
- Be the point of contact for competitive products; building up our knowledge bank and on a strategy for a solution to manage competition
- Work proactively and collaboratively with all stakeholders throughout the business to communicate market needs and global strategies for ALS products.
- Provide regular updates on product status, key metrics, and strategic initiatives.
- Product subject matter expert: owner for the subset of the APAC new product launch plans to ensure the availability readiness for the APAC market
- Conduct detailed analyses of product & market trends, competitive activity and clinical advances. Ensure that these requirements are provided at a timely manner to Global Product Management for development of product strategies and development efforts to meet APAC market needs & strategies
Other APAC Product Support Needs
- Management of price books with accuracy and making recommendations to changes as and when required including optimal discount schedules
- Work collaboratively with training and deployment to ensure that they received the most up-to-date product changes and marketing messaging to be delivered
- Management of integration matters on new products onto existing portfolio if any
- Monitor industry developments and integrate relevant innovations into the product strategy.
- Support development of annual sales meeting strategies, messaging, collateral, and training effort
- Other duties as assigned to support the growth of the marketing team overall. This can include, but is not limited to, development of new programs, presentations/lectures and assisting local clinical teams.
- 30-40% travel expected
Skill Requirements
- Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills.
- Enjoys interacting and develop solid working relationships with management, staff and peers
- Understanding of product marketing and life cycle management
- Ability to think strategically and translate market insights into actionable plans.
- Technically savvy with electronic media and computer skills.
- A high degree of personal motivation and drive to achieve personal and professional goals.

- Ability to utilize business mathematics to figure percentages, prepare financial and sales information.
- A high degree of personal organization skills, including the ability to record and report information and to document work performed.
- Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
Required/Preferred Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree required with about 6 years of working experience including a minimum of 3 years experience in regional marketing with preference given to the medical device marketing
- Team player with strong initiatives on problem solving skills
- Display positive, entrepreneurial spirit and is trustworthy and accountable
- Approachable and enthusiastic individual
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environment and needs
- Good Planning and organizational skills
