YOUR ROLE
Our team operates globally and values agility, flexibility, and collaboration with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds across the world. We are currently in search of a Product Engineer for the introduction and industrialization of the Silicon Carbide Technology based Power MOSFETs; additionally, you might be required to handle other technologies in our portfolio like IGBTs, GaN HEMT.
In Your New Role You Will
- Develop and debug test solution for the Silicon Carbide technologies and products, with the introduction of statistical Part Average Testing & advanced screening methodologies adopted in ST.
- Perform the product characterization for the Silicon Carbide technologies and products (NPI, transfer activities,).
- Responsible for Continuous Front-End Yield Monitoring, Cost Reduction & Quality Improvement.
- Perform Engineering DOE data evaluation and characterization for Yield Improvement.
- Ensure quality of product delivery to customers by understanding test coverage, failure mechanism, and electrical characteristics of the product.
- Perform data analysis and reporting being a data analysis expert inside the Product & Test Engineering.
Your Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Electrical engineering, Electronic, Microelectronics.
- More than 3 years experience in advanced data analysis and/or Product Engineering background dealing with Power devices (Si MOSFET, IGBT, Wide Band Gap) in High Volume manufacturing.
- Experience/knowledge in new product characterization and qualification.
- Understand the semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Experience with industry standard Automated Test Equipment (SPEA, TESEC, ACCOTEST STS 8200, TESEC), Power Device Analyzer (KEYSIGHT B1505A).
- Excellent people leadership skills, good team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of statistical method and process control.
- Test Software development experience & skills, including knowledge of C/C++.
- Excellent communication skills as well as detail-oriented work ethic.
