Responsibilities
- Conduct product training on company products for customers and partners, for both local and regional.
- Showcase product features in various settings including customer presentations, events, trade shows, in-home demos, and in-store promotions.
- Create training materials (manuals, presentations, videos) specific to company products.
- Keep updated on new product developments and incorporate relevant features into training.
- Work closely with sales and marketing to ensure training aligns with customer needs.
- Provide feedback to product development based on customer feedbacks.
- Regularly review and recommend improvements to training programs for better results and customer satisfaction.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 - 3 years of product management or product training experience, preferably from household or electronics appliances industry
