Position Title: Production and Operations Executive (Events)
- Working Location: Nearest MRT Tiong Bahru
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 10 am
- 30 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,400 + AWS + VB
Duration: Permanent
Collaborate with the production and operations team to plan and coordinate various events, conferences, and exhibitions.- Manage all production requirements for events, including securing necessary permits and licenses.
Source vendors and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of services and materials.
- Oversee project operations from pre-event planning to post-event wrap-up, ensuring smooth execution at all stages.
Provide on-site setup assistance and manage event operations to ensure all elements are executed according to plan.- Proactively address and troubleshoot any issues that arise during events, ensuring any problems are resolved promptly to minimize impact.
At least 2 years of relevant experience and knowledge in set construction requirements for events and exhibitions- Ability to understand AutoCAD layout and technical production plans
