Responsibilities:
Production Support:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the production facility.
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and company protocols.
Ensure the efficient use of resources and minimize waste in the production process.
Quality Control:
Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
Report any deviations from quality standards and work with the team to address and resolve issues
promptly.
Follow established quality control procedures to uphold product excellence.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and report any discrepancies.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
Collaborate with the safety officer to conduct regular safety training sessions.
