Production Assistant

Reporting to the Head Brewer, the Production Assistant will be working at Brewerkz Brewery Co.

Here at our brewery in Kampong Ampat, our multi-award winning brewing team creates signature flavours and seasonal favourites, which are packaged for our restaurants or into canned beers so you can bring the Brewerkz Experience home.

With the ability to support White Label and Contract Brewing, we also customise craft beer to our client's needs and specifics. The end product remains the same: Delicious, refreshing craft beer.

• Job Duties and Responsibilities:

CIP/SIP (fermenters, storage tanks, heat exchanger, brewhouse)

• Keg cleaning and filling

Assist with brewing operations, centrifuging, transferring, dry-hopping, etc.

• Assist with beer canning as needed

Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs

• Daily maintain brewery facilities including cleaning floors

Maintain inventory of raw materials and assisting with stock counting

• Pick stocks for delivery

Other duties as assigned

• Requirements:

Be able to work in hot, cold, wet and loud production environment

• Be physically fit, be able to stand for long periods of time

Be able to lift 25-40kg, kneel, squat, twist, climb stairs and ladders,

• Be able to work in confined spaces and at least
• 6m tall.

Able to speak English

• Have relevant qualification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,000.00 per month
