Production Assistant

Responsibilities:

. Assist the supervisor to schedule jobs for truck attendants and production team

. Manage all aspects of the day-to-day production activities to ensure that daily production targets are achieved

. Maintain proper documentation and tracking of employee deployment, attendance and leave management

. Work closely with Sales and Operations Department on the loading of goods for export

. Ensure all production related machineries and equipment are properly maintained

. Ensure Production Site complies with Work Safety and Health (WSH) so that housekeeping, quality, safety, occupational hygiene, and environmental protection requirements are met

. Work with Safety Officer to ensure all Safety Compliance measures are adhered to

. Ensure cleanliness of the Production/operation area and dormitory

. Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

. Minimum 2 years working experience

. Experience in handling machineries
