- Working Location: Tai Seng
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30 am - 6.00 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $6,200 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage production schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor workflows and collaborate with the CSR team to adjust schedules based on delays or changing demands.
- Lead and supervise production teams, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
- Promote teamwork and a positive work environment while addressing any staff-related concerns.
- Ensure production processes meet quality standards and regulations.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold product standards.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
- Analyze production data, prepare reports, and develop KPIs to improve productivity and output.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure the production area complies with safety rules.
- Conduct regular safety audits and quickly address any compliance issues.
- Work with departments such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse to ensure smooth production operations.
- Communicate production updates and any issues to senior management and other important stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role in manufacturing, ideally in electro-mechanical assembly.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
