PRODUCTION MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

. Manage and oversee all production activities to meet production schedule in Batam.

. Review the production processes and manage the budget to eliminate wastage and achieve cost effectiveness.

. Implement continuous improvement plan to improve operational efficiency.

. Ensure operations comply strictly with production procedure, safety and quality standard, and meet regulatory requirements.

. Work with other department in standardization and cost reduction.

. Manage ISO and customers audit.

. Train and improve the skills & abilities of production staff.

. Formulate annual budgetary and production plan.

. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

. Degree in Engineering or related discipline.

. At least 10 years of working experience in production department, with minimum 5 years in managerial capacity.

. Strong problem-solving skills.

. Possess good communication, interpersonal and analytical skill.

. Be culturally sensitive.

. Proficient in Japanese language (reading, writing, speaking).

. Knowledge of Six Sigma/LEAN concept is an added advantage.

. Past working experience in strong regulatory compliance organization is an added advantage.

. Able to be assigned or stationed in Indonesia Batam.
