Production Manager

Potential candidate is responsible for overseeing the production process of any printed materials such as label stickers, brochures, flyers, and pamphlets.

He/She will supervises a team of printers and plan and coordinate print jobs, oversees the printing process of various print materials, signage-anything that can be printed by a company and ensure the quality of printed materials,

Maintaining quality standards while meeting production targets. Managing production schedules and resource allocation. Working with cross-functional teams to improve processes.

Must be able to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Strong project management skills essential for coordinating activities, managing resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This includes setting project goals, developing plans, and monitoring progress

He/She must have exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and develop other section Leaders. Skills in change management and organizational development are essential, as He/She may be responsible for implementing new production methodologies across the company.
