Production Material Control Supervisor/ Planner

Position: Production Material Control Supervisor/ Planner

Reporting to: PMC Manager

Responsibilities

. To monitor contractual manufacturers to build and ship our products according to our production plan

. To manage material planning and production schedules with contractual manufacturers

. To drive continuous improvement in production and material control procedures, systems, and policies

. To maintain MRP & ERP system to keep track of inventory with accurate figures to ensure timely response to demand and supply changes

. Coordinate with related parties for stock replenishment and arrange inter-warehouse transfer

. To work out statistical analysis reports for management review regularly

. To resolve problems related to production and material control, inventory control, and operation process

. To take up ad hoc projects as per request

Requirements

. Degree or Diploma holder in Supply Chain, Operation Management, or related disciplines

. At least 5 years of solid working experience in Production Material Control (PMC) and inventory management in Electronic Manufacturing field.

. Candidates with LESSER years of experience will be considered as PMC Planners.

. Proficiency in using MS Excel formula functions (i.e. pivot table, v-Look up, etc.) for data analysis and reporting, preferably with hands-on experience in SAP

. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (i.e. Cantonese & Putonghua)

. Self-motivated, detail & analytical mind and good interpersonal skills to communicate with different levels of people

. Able to work independently with good problem-solving skills for multiple tasks under a tight timeline

. There might be work opportunities to travel to China when required though not frequently.

. Must possess residential status for local hire. No foreign hiring quota.
